NTEX Security provides commercial live video monitoring across Dallas, Rockwall, Kaufman, Ellis, and Collin Counties. That includes Dallas, Mesquite, Garland, Richardson, Rockwall, Rowlett, Heath, Forney, Terrell, Kaufman, Waxahachie, Midlothian, Ennis, Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen, and Wylie, along with the surrounding North Texas communities. Since monitoring works through the internet, we can also support sites just outside our typical service area. If your business is in the DFW region and you're not sure if we cover you, send us your address and we'll confirm in a day.
Regular cameras record footage for later review. Live video monitoring adds automated activity detection and review by trained operators during your agreed monitoring hours. Operators assess flagged events and follow your site’s response plan, which may include voice warnings through compatible speakers, contacting your designated people, or requesting emergency assistance.
Often, existing cameras can be reused after a compatibility assessment. We review camera and recorder models, available system access, internet connectivity, image quality, and coverage. Compatibility depends on the specific equipment and monitoring platform—not the brand or ONVIF support alone.
Request a free camera compatibility check and share your property location, camera count, and equipment photos. We’ll explain what can stay and whether additional equipment or replacements are needed.
Live video monitoring uses automated detection to flag activity for review by trained operators during your agreed monitoring hours. It does not mean someone continuously watches every camera. Your proposal identifies the monitored cameras, schedule, and response procedures.
Depending on your equipment and service plan, operators can review live video, issue voice warnings through compatible speakers, activate supported deterrents, contact your designated people, and request emergency assistance when appropriate. Available actions are documented in your site’s response plan. Police response priorities and arrival times are determined by the responding agency.
Actions involving commercial access control require compatible equipment and must be agreed in your response plan.
It depends on the number of cameras and the hours you need monitored. For most small commercial sites using existing cameras, plans start around the cost of a few weekend guard shifts and scale based on camera count and active hours. We will give you a flat monthly number after the compatibility check, no hidden fees.
No. NTEX live monitoring is month-to-month. Construction sites and project-based clients can also run on shorter terms. If we are not earning your business every month, you should be free to leave.
